In addition, Bruckmühl / Heufeldmühle is serviced by the „Mangfalltal“ train line (Rosenheim – Holzkirchen – München) with connection times comparable to Munich‘s regional „S-Bahn“ trains.The local train station is approximately a 10 minute walk from our Bed & Breakfast.

There are a variety of restaurants, serving international cuisine and Bavarian specialties nearby (approx. 3 km). In addition, there is a public playground (approx. 100m) in case your children need to burn off some energy after a long trip or family visit.
Bruckmühl (pop. 16.600) is located in the picturesque Mangfall river valley at the base of the Bavarian Alps. There are numerous biking and hiking trails as well as famous pilgrimage trails (Jakobsweg, Via Julia) along the Mangfall river for your enjoyment. In addition, a variety of day trips (including Tegernsee, Schliersee, Wendelstein mountain railways and Herrenchiemsee) are possible.
